Portal Garden is a video Installation presented at LUNA Fête that transforms architectural space into a meditative portal. The installation uses fabricated surfaces that are projection mapped with video and act as a pop-up theater. The viewer walks through a life size arch and can stand on the aluminum portal. The video is a collection of different moments in nature that are sinking down into the ground. This includes short 20 second moments that sink into each other such as abstract water movement, dolphin jumping, whale watching, jellyfish swimming,and other snippets.
