This solo show is situated somewhere between an art project and traditional informational museum show. Hard cider is fermented in the gallery along with print material explaining the process. Viewers take instruction manuals, eat apples, and experience the sights and sounds of the fermentation process. Presented at Michigan State University in East Lansing.
